    What is provided as part of the ORI’ZABA’S franchise program?
    When you become a franchise owner with us, you get six weeks of management training before you open your doors as well as expert assistance throughout the onboarding, buildout, and opening process. We’re with you as you get established, and we’re there for you after you’ve opened your doors.
    How much will Mexican franchise ownership with ORI’ZABA’S cost me?
    You can expect to invest $499,700 to $883,200 to get your ORI’ZABA’S restaurant up and operating.
    Is financing available?
    We do not offer direct financing, but we may refer potential franchise owners to reputable financing resources on a case-by-case basis.
    Are there ongoing fees to pay?
    Our franchise owners pay royalty fees of 5% of gross sales for the first three months of operation and thereafter pay the greater of $4,000 per month or 5% of monthly gross sales.
    Are there any advertising fees?
    ORI’ZABA’S franchise owners are required to contribute 3% of monthly gross sales to local marketing. Owners also contribute 2% of weekly gross sales to the system-wide Brand Fund to support continued brand development and marketing.
    What is the term of the agreement?
    The length of the franchise agreement is 10 years. For those who wish to renew and meet our renewal conditions, you may enter into up to two renewal franchise agreements, each with ten year terms.
