Meet the ORI’ZABA’S SCRATCH MEXICAN GRILL BRAND
Discover how ORI’ZABA’S SCRATCH MEXICAN GRILL is working to transform the Mexican restaurant franchise industry!
At ORI’ZABA’S SCRATCH MEXICAN GRILL, we’ve taken that to heart. We’ve made quality, variety, and authenticity part of our brand’s foundation and are dedicated to providing our guests with a superior dining experience with every visit.
We got our inspiration from the celebrated Mount Orizaba region in Mexico. It’s long been a destination for cultural tourism, and it holds a special place in the hearts of foodies the world over for its spicy, bold flavors and old-world charm.
Mount Orizaba was an ideal fit for our vision of a cuisine and brand that stands apart from the usual Mexican restaurant franchise approach. We developed a menu that highlights the region’s authentic, flavorful dishes and paired it with a scratch cocina dedicated to freshness and quality.
The Original ORI’ZABA’S SCRATCH MEXICAN GRILL
In 2001, we opened our first ORI’ZABA’S SCRATCH MEXICAN GRILL in Las Vegas. We were an immediate hit with our guests, who appreciated the health-focused menu items, focus on superior service and preparation, and variety we offer.
Today, we’ve become a destination for quality Mexican food meals in communities across the western U.S., and we’re just getting started. We’re excited for what’s next, we’re on the move, and we’d love to team up with you on our journey.
Are you ready to be part of our future? ¡Vamos!
