      At ORI’ZABA’S Scratch Mexican Grill, we recognize this growing consumer trend. And we built our Mexican food franchise to create meals made with the variety, quality, and authenticity our guests crave. It’s been at the heart of our brand’s mission from the beginning.

      It all started in Mount Orizaba, Mexico. The region is home to a historic and thriving foodie culture that’s been a hit with visitors and locals for generations. And we knew it would be an ideal cuisine to introduce to a U.S. market hungry for good food prepared with a nod to old-world tradition.

      The first ORI’ZABA’S Scratch Mexican Grill opened its doors in Las Vegas in 2001. And before long, we had established ourselves as a Mexican food chain that stood apart in the industry. Guests loved our menu of authentic, flavorful food hand-made from scratch. And their support helped us grow our brand. And we began making expansion plans.

      Second time I’ve been to a Ori’Zaba’s but first time I’ve been to this location. This Mexican chain restaurant continues to impress. Like I said in my first review of this restaurant (but a different location), “move over Chipotle!” It’s like Chipotle because they have a similar menu but the quality of food, friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of restaurant…..Ori’Zaba’s blows Chipotle out of the water. It is so nice to have meat in my bowl that isn’t fatty (seems like I got a lot of fatty meat at Chipotle restaurants (various locations) the last few times I’ve visited and who wants that. I’ve have the shredded beef and the chicken at Ori’Zaba’s now and both were lean and delicious! Thank you! Makes for such a better meal!

      “I’ve always been a fan of Ori’Zaba’s. This eatery is one of my favorites because it is easy to order a healthy plant-based meal with a generous portion size and reasonable price. My go-to is Clasico Burrito with JackAsada, whole wheat tortilla, brown rice, black beans, fajita mix, sweet potatoes, pico de gallo, corn salsa, balsamic vinaigrette, fresh cilantro, diced red onion, cabbage, and limes. Sometimes, I will include a premium topping, such as avocado or queso planta. Food and friendly service are consistent across the locations.”
